Really good guys, they showed us underneath the car where there is some leak starting to happen and told us what needs addressing now and what can be left for later. Friendly and I feel they are working in the customer's best interests. Fair pricing and will definitely be back again.
They even don’t have the ability to analysis the problem, their prices are way too high from others. When they misdiagnose then people need to pay the penalty for that. I sent my brother two times they wrongly recommended to change the alternator with warranty and problem not fixed, second time when he went there and tell them they said it’s a minor issue. Third time they changed the belt and said we are only charging for the belt and but they charged 165$ instead of 30-40$ then the problem solved that means first diagnose was wrong. Totally he spent 700$ for their fault and every time they made money out of cheating.
My car is getting old but it's still reliable - and I have been looking for a trustworthy new mechanic for a while (Toyota is just too pricey for things like a simple oil and filter change). These guys were good, explained their recommendations in detail (with photos) and were great value.
I had been going here for a couple of times and was happy with the work and service until today when I purchased a Groupon voucher for my mum's new car to get it serviced. As her English isn't good and she knows nothing about cars so I rang up and booked her car in, I told the guy on the phone I'd like to use the Groupon voucher to pay for the first service of this car (plus pay extra for tyre fitting).when my mum and I came to pick the car up the owner told me we couldn't use the voucher as I'm an existing customer and the booking was under my name. I then explained to him why I called on behalf of my mum but she's a new customer there and the car is in her name not mine. I the questioned why his staff didn't let me know of this restriction when I called as I would have told him it's my mum's car and put the booking under her name and not mine. After discussing the irony of the situation with him for 5 minutes he still refused to accept the voucher even though my mum was there with me if he wanted to add her as a new customer. He then said if we had spent more money on other services today (even though we did pay extra $60 for tyre fitting which is actually higher than 2 other places nearby that I got quotes from but we thought let's get Thandi to do it all as I was happy with them previously) he would have accepted the voucher because they don't make much money from the Groupon voucher - this is to me irrelevant and just shows it's all about money rather than service. So we ended up paying the additional amount for the service on top of what we already paid for the voucher which now we can't use. The service would have been fine with the voucher if my mum called up to book instead of me, but her English isn't good enough for this kind of conversation and by me helping her it now costs her extra money that she didn't budget for. I find that very hard to understand why the owner couldn't see that by being so pedantic and rigid about their rules they have damaged their customer service level and a new customer (my mum) is now unhappy and unlikely to use them again (in fact I planned to ask them about taking her car back in 3 months time for a transmission fluid change but I didn't bother letting the owner know today after the experience). Me and my partner will also think twice now when our next services are due (or any repairs on our cars) as we don't have an issue with their work quality, it's the customer service that we are not impressed with. Short term gains are not worth it for any business and sadly the owner couldn't see that today.
They used to be good mechanic but not anymore, i have been very disappointed and it was even dangerous to used them, i did a pre car inspection for a sale and they didn't check the level of liquid of the car and they did it as fast as they could, not reliable job... And then when i bought the car, i found out that the level of engine oil was very low and the air compressor damaged. Then when i went back to them, they said that they check only the engine during a pre sale inspection and not the safety settings, I don't know how reliable it is but i can see that now many clients are running away this shop and i understand why...
Good place to get motor work done. Could be 5 stars but not use car seat cover and clean gloves take your own if going there . Be keep some spare time if heading there 😉. Price is much better then other place's. …
Came here on my dad made recommendation. I’ve visited twice for my regular service and look forward to visiting again for my next. Good, friendly service and diagnostics with fair pricing. I’ve been elsewhere in past and made to feel like a fish out of water. I feel fairly treated here and am incredibly happy with the service. Thanks!
Well the place is pretty nice,
Nothing is perfect and the only flaw i could point out was the long waiting time, but maybe that is because of the quality they are providing!
Rest everything went on fine for me would visit there if have any problems again but trust me i don't want any problems!
